This Self Love Bath is one that renews, restores and gives one the choice to reclaim their truth and power. It heals the mind, curates the body and hugs the soul. When In doubt, lonely, experiencing lack of motive, lack of confidence, going through a tough breakup with a lover, friend or family … it’s time give self a bath needed feed the spirit once more and overflow your cup of love. 
This bath can also be used in a bowl or foot bath to wash only the feet. Pray and set intentions while washing the feet with the herbs and water then let feet rest for thirty minutes. You must then take the foot bath outdoors and pour in grass or ditch. This should be done with no phone in hand or around.
